1. What kind of Cakes do you Bake?
You can order any kind of Cake you normally would find in
a Bakery. Our ever expanding network of Approved Bakers are
carefully selected from the more than 30,000 Bakeries throughout the USA.
Our Cakes are baked fresh, then professionally Decorated, before
being hand delivered to your door. Because of freshness, and
quality issues we don't bake the Cakes and ship them.
2. How much are your Cakes?
Our prices are based on the size of the Cake, and includes, fresh baked to your order, professionally decorated with your inscription. For our standard Cakes our competitive prices are posted
on the order

3. Where do you deliver?
We Hand Deliver to any street address in the entire USA. A delivery charge ($15.00 to $21.95 depending on the size of cake) will be added to enable timely and accurate delivery service.
4. How do I know you received my
order?
You receive a confirmation and an order number via email when you
place your order. If you fax your order you will receive a return fax or
phone call confirming your order. If you place your order by phone you
will be talking to a "person" who will confirm your order.
5. What guarantee do I have?
We guarantee your order will be delivered as you placed it, with a
money back guarantee.
6. Can I place an order for today?
Because our cakes are fresh baked and then custom decorated for your
order, our Bakers have requested 72 hours to complete the order and

7. Can I have a "Micky
Mouse" decoration?
We can decorate your Cake with just about any decoration you want.
If there is a problem we will notify you. We sometimes need to request
permission to use registered trademarks and logos.
8. What if I find out the person I
ordered the Cake for will be out of town on the date I ordered for?
We will be happy to reschedule your order. However, there is a
minimum $25.00 cancellation fee after your order is placed.
9. Do you offer discounts for large
orders?
Yes, we do. What a great way to encourage and reward your satellite
offices for a contest or just a job well done. Call us for
discounts.
10. Do you have a Cake of the month
service?
We do not have a Cake of the Month because of the personal nature of
the majority of our orders. We like to give as much individual
attention as possible to your special event. We do have a reminder
service and will deliver on your schedule. We do have specials from
time to time depending on the Holiday.
11.Does someone
need to be home to accept delivery?
Yes, someone needs to be home. Because this is a freshly baked,
beautifully decorated cake we can not leave it on the porch.
Although we will do everything in our power to keep the surprise, we must
have someone at home to accept delivery. We hope you understand, with
dogs, cats, and other neighbors we really must insist...
12. Can you deliver to APO and FPO Boxes
Yes we are able so ship some products and are constantly looking for new products that will survive the shipping process overseas. At present we are able to send our Brownie products overseas. We can not guarantee a delivery date, but your order will be shipped the next business day, for delivery as soon as possible. |
