From our All American favorite the Old Fashioned Apple Pie to everyone's Favorite The Classic Southern Pecan Pie you can taste the individual care and attention to detail that goes into each of our Fresh Baked, Hand-made, Gourmet Pies.
Our gourmet pies are hand-made with only the finest, natural ingredients, including large fresh fruit chunks, whole eggs and jumbo pecan halves, depending on the flavor. We do not use any artificial preservatives, additives, colors or flavors. We make our pastry with both real butter and all vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean oil and/or cottonseed oil) to achieve a wonderful flaky yet tender texture.
All of our member bakers are highly qualified bakers operating bakeries for years like Dana who has been making great-tasting "Pie in the Sky"™ pies for more than fifteen years. She began making them from her own kitchen. Each of our pies is made with original recipes and carefully packaged to assure its safe arrival anywhere in the continental United States. Our pies make elegant gifts for holidays, business associates, clients, friends and family. Or order one to serve at your next dinner party or family gathering.
Our gourmet Pies come in some great mouth watering flavors and we will be adding some "Season Specials" when the fresh fruit becomes available.
